Alison Rose

Alison’s practice focuses primarily on complex commercial and real estate litigation.  She has represented and advised clients on complex and diverse matters including contract disputes, unfair business practices and other business tort claims, and consumer class actions.  She has represented clients in state and federal court as well as in alternative dispute resolution.  Prior to joining the firm, Alison was in-house counsel for a real estate investment and management company where she handled both litigation and transactional matters.  She also spent one year serving as a judicial law clerk in the Complex Litigation Program of the Los Angeles County Superior Court where she drafted orders in variety of civil cases.  Alison received her J.D. and B.A. from the University of Southern California in 2009 and 2006, respectively.
